By accessing or using the Jurentra website and platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms of Use, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Jurentra is an independent matching and referral platform. We help individuals identify residency and citizenship by investment programs that may suit their circumstances, and connect them with vetted, licensed immigration law firms and advisory professionals.

Jurentra is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or financial advice. All legal and professional work is carried out by the independent firm you are matched with. Your legal relationship is with that firm, not with Jurentra.

Jurentra does not guarantee any immigration outcome. Decisions on residency and citizenship applications are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals who are exploring residency or citizenship by investment options for personal, family, or business purposes. You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Jurentra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in bad faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without prior written permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Fees and Payments

Jurentra does not charge clients directly for matching or referral services. Any fees you pay in connection with an immigration application are charged by the independent firm handling your case. Jurentra has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the fee structures or refund policies of partner firms.

We strongly recommend reviewing the engagement letter and fee schedule of any firm before making any payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jurentra platform — including text, graphics, logos, data, and software — is the property of Jurentra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jurentra does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jurentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Jurentra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to Jurentra in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
